PRODUCTION DAY 13 - FINAL INSTALLATION
The time is here! After installing each lock washer behind, we were able to insert each Corian component. Step by step and one by one, the team carefully completed the full surface.
PRODUCTION DAY 13 - LOCK WASHERS
After realizing that regular washers were not allowing us the opportunity to bolt in place, we purchased a bunch of lock washers. By taping them to the back of the Lexan backer panels, we were able to bolt from the front without having to worry about holding the nut in behind.
PRODUCTION DAY 12 - DETAIL AND ASSEMBLY TESTING
On our first attempt to assemble the wall, we came into some minor road blocks which included difficulty in accessing some bolts in the fastening process. To alleviate this issue, we slowly started on the right top corner of the wall and worked our way downwards in an orderly fashion.

PRODUCTION DAY 12 - STORAGE & ORGANIZATION
Before embarking on final installation, we brought up and sorted each component in the PIT to ensure flexibility and ease of assembly.
PRODUCTION DAY 11 - PANEL INSTALLATION
Even though we hoisted and removed the backer panels on numerous occasions, this was our final application. One by one, we cleaned, raised and bolted each successful backer panel.
